Boats and Fun is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our employees, partners, and guests. Our team works hard to provide an exceptional experience, and all customers are expected to treat staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect.
Boats and Fun maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, threats, discriminatory language, or physical aggression directed toward our employees, contractors, partners, or other customers.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
• Yelling, insults, profanity directed at staff or guests
• Threats, intimidation, or aggressive behavior
• Harassment or discriminatory remarks of any kind
• Refusal to follow reasonable instructions from staff
• Physical intimidation, unwanted physical contact, or violent behavior
If any customer engages in such conduct, Boats and Fun reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the rental, reservation, or service.
In such cases, Boats and Fun may take one or more of the following actions without limitation:
• Cancel the rental or service immediately
• Require the individual or group to leave the premises, dock, or vessel
• Return the vessel to the dock and end the rental early
• Refuse future service
• Contact law enforcement if the situation warrants
Any rental, reservation, or service terminated due to violation of this policy will be ended immediately and without refund, and the customer may be responsible for any damages, losses, or additional costs incurred as a result of their conduct.
Boats and Fun reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior threatens the safety, well-being, or experience of our staff or customers.
By booking, reserving, or using any services provided by Boats and Fun, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
