Captain has devoted most of his life to perfecting the art customer satisfaction at Boats and Fun, with a degree from Bo Nose K9 training. Hobbies: Boating, Dolphin and Manatee watching, as well as protecting our store from bunnies. #livingmybestdoglife
Alberto, CFO
Alberto is our Chief Finacial Officer. He has led the company's finances for 16 years, and continues to push growth and profitability for Boats and Fun. Alberto has an MBA with a concentration in Finance. He is a USCG certified Captain and a NAUI rescue rescue diver.
Patricia, President
Patricia is the Founder and President of Boats and Fun. With 20+ years in Project Management, vast experice on HR/Communication, and a Masters in Business Adminitration. She leads the team
Capt. Robin
Robin is the Operations Manager. Robin has been leading operations at Boats and Fun since 2007. He brings his electrical, mechanical and business background to the table. Robin is also a USCG Captain, Rescue Diver, an electrician and Tri-Lingual!
Capt. Matias
Matias our Commercial Manager has been with the company since 2009. He has an MBA with a concentration in International Marketing. Matias is a USCG Captain, commercial pilot, rescue diver, bilingual and a triathlete.
Capt. Jake
North Captiva Store Manager, Jake joined the Boats and Fun team in 2019. Jake has an MBA from Thomas College in Maine as well as BA in sports management, not only he leads the North Captiva team but he also leads every sport bracket we ever had

Andrew is our Maintenance Manager joined the Boats and Fun team in 2015.

Bill is from California and joined the Boats and Fun team in 2019
Yuri
Retail Merchandising Supervisor – North Captiva. Yuri joined the team in 2019. He is from Cuba, before joining the team he was a constitutional lawyer and language teacher.
Paula
Warehouse Manager - Paula joined the team in 2022, has a bachelors degree on International Financing and Risk Assessment.
Brandon
Brandon all the way from Costa Rica brings the "Pura Vida" feeling to the team! Fluent in spanish and english you will see him on North Captiva. He has been part of the team from early 2021
